MARK SEIGEL

Managing Partner

Mark Seigel is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Crown Partners.  Mark holds primary responsibility for leading the strategic direction of the Firm, building and managing key relationships across the financial services industry, and overseeing Crown’s talent development.

During his 20+ year career, Mark has advised more than 300 middle-market companies in the areas of corporate finance, capital structure, loan workouts, and strategy. Mark provides direct oversight of the client messaging and transaction structuring for each Crown mandate.

Prior to forming Crown, Mr. Seigel was Co-Founder and President of Veritas Financial Partners, an asset-based lending firm which grew from a startup to one of the largest independent asset based lenders in the country. During his tenure, Mr. Seigel attracted a strategic equity investment from Atalaya Capital Management, and eventually orchestrated Veritas’s sale to White Oak Global Advisors in 2019.

Mark is an active member of YPO and currently serves as its Palm Beach Chapter’s membership officer.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a frequent panelist and author within the asset-based lending industry’s primary trade organizations, including the Secured Finance Network, the Turnaround Management Association, and the ABL Advisor.

EVAN NADLER

Managing Partner

Evan Nadler is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Crown Partners.  Evan holds primary responsibility for managing the firm’s relationships with over 200 bank and non-bank ABL platforms and ensures the firm’s real time knowledge of capital market conditions. Evan draws upon his significant transactional expertise and long-standing industry relationships in personally leading the go-to-market strategy for Crown clients. Evan is committed to his clients’ success and excels in running a highly efficient and effective process, leveraging competition among lenders in order to attain the best economics and structure.

Prior to forming Crown, Mr. Nadler was a founding employee of Veritas Financial Partners, an asset-based lending firm. He established the firm’s Midwest presence and grew it into Veritas’s most robust market as measured by transaction volume.  Evan was instrumental in the firm’s sale to White Oak Global Advisors, and maintained leadership of the Midwest market for White Oak.

Mr. Nadler earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Secured Finance Network where he has served as Co-Chair on multiple committees.

Evan currently lives in Deerfield, Illinois with his wife and three children. Evan believes in giving back to his community and serves as a Board Member for the Deerfield Park Foundation.

JUSTIN ANDERSON

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Justin is Managing Director of Crown Partners. Justin is primarily focused on growing and managing the Firm’s relationships with clients, sponsors, bank and non-bank ABL platforms. Justin also leverages his 10+ year experience in ABL as a direct lender and intermediary to provide best-in-class strategic capital planning and transaction execution for Crown Partners’ clients.

Mr. Anderson began his career in commercial lending at Metropolitan Capital and eventually grew to co-lead their investment banking and debt advisory practices as Head of the Midwest Region. Most recently, he was employed by Great Rock Capital as Director of Originations covering clients, sponsors, bank and non-bank ABL platform contacts across the Midwest.

Justin earned his Bachelor of B.B.A. in Organizational Management and B.A. in Spanish Language with honors from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, Secured Finance Network and the Association for Corporate Growth.

When not working or traveling, you will find Justin attempting to improve his golf game or spending quality time with his wife and two children in Western Springs, IL.
